I found the noise from neighboring rooms to be quite bothersome, especially the sound of footsteps above us. it felt as if they were walking a donkey! The bathroom lacked adequate space and the layout made it feel cramped. Additionally, some fixtures, like the heating oven, were outdated and contributed to the discomfort during our stay.

The parking area, although charged at 15 EUR, is quite a distance from the hotel, making it a challenge if you have a lot of luggage.

the hotel’s charming interior design and its prime spot right in the middle of the old town made my stay truly memorable, as I was just a few steps away from beautiful landmarks like the famous fountain and the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology, perfect for leisurely strolls after breakfast at the delightful hotel dining area.

The charming older building featured stunning 600-year-old frescoes, adding a unique character to the stay. The breakfast was a highlight, particularly the organic section, which offered fresh and healthy options. However, the room lacked some modern amenities expected in a higher-rated establishment, and the bathroom could use some updates. While very centrally located, the noise from the street made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The deluxe double room was pure comfort! We had a private bathroom, a cozy seating area, and a flat-screen TV. Air conditioning kept us cool. The free toiletries were a nice touch. Relaxing in the sauna was just what we needed after exploring. Loved having wine glasses ready for our Prosecco!
